Automatic Transmission Remanufacturing Process
1. Disassembly Line
Transmission Dismantling: Completely take apart automatic transmissions down to single‑piece components by our professional disassembly production line.
2. Cleaning Process
Initial Industrial Cleaning: Remove oil stains, carbon deposits and dirt by ultrasonic and high‑pressure washing equipment.
Precision Manual Cleaning: Manually deep‑clean intricate components including gears, oil passages and valve channels to eliminate residual impurities.
3. Component Inspection & Testing
Solenoid Valve Testing: Test each solenoid valve by dedicated testing bench, inspect electric signal response and oil flow performance.
Valve Body Performance Test: Use valve‑body test machine to check hydraulic function and pressure‑adjusting capability.
4. Refurbishment
Casing Renewal: Refurbish transmission housing via sandblasting and surface spraying for anti‑corrosion and good appearance.
Precision Fastener Assembly: Adopt automatic screw‑locking equipment to reinstall bolts, strictly control assembly torque.
Accumulator Nitrogen Charging: Fill nitrogen for accumulators by special charging equipment to restore original pressure performance.
5. Re‑assembly & Marking
Re‑assembly Work: Re‑build transmissions following OEM specifications, using refurbished or brand‑new spare parts.
Laser Traceability Marking: Print unique serial number by laser marking machine for full‑product traceability.
6. Final Performance Verification
Bench & Simulated Road Test: Mount finished units on dynamometer test‑bench. Simulate real driving status to verify shifting smoothness, pressure stability and sealing performance.
7. Packaging & Delivery
Pack qualified remanufactured transmission assemblies with protective packaging and arrange shipment.
